GQ033 – Seiu Speed Build

Well – yesterday (Friday) I did make it to the health club and I did do my 60-minute Sanchin-Ryu workout. So…
I’m happy…

So, did I make progress today? Yes I did. Like I said, I went to the health club and lifted for 30 minutes and ran the elliptical trainer for 15-minutes. And I didn’t eat after 8:30 p.m. And – Sanchin-Ryu for 60 again – form of Seiu (as you saw above) and Wansu Kata.  

So things are going well. Some days “the Quest” can be a bit of a load. Especially since making/editing  the video of my workout can take an extra hour or so. I don’t intend to make videos for every workout I do in my life. But I do want to capture all of these initial workouts in which I do all ten forms at varying speeds. They will serve as a good record – sort of a “before” video that documents the starting point of this Godan Quest. These videos represent where I am starting my quest from.
